Job Description
- Gather requirements from stakeholders (POs, PMs, customers, etc.) to design UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring the products meet user needs and deliver an impressive, useful, and easy-to-use experience.
- Meet and collaborate directly with customers, joining Design Thinking workshops/discussions to deeply understand their challenges and propose improvements to optimize the user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, preferably from universities such as FPT University, Hanoi Architectural University, Vietnam University of Fine Arts, University of Industrial Fine Arts, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer/UI-UX Designer, and have designed at least one product that has been used by real end users.
- Solid understanding of the product design process, with the ability to research and learn about user experience. Strong knowledge of design principles and design standards/guidelines.
- Proficient in app design tools (e.g., Figma/XD) and experienced with user flows and wireframes.
- User-centered mindset with strong creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to continuously learn and explore design knowledge and trends. Able to propose software solutions that solve customer problems. Passionate about building products and researching/optimizing user experience.
- Candidates with strong drawing/illustration skills (icons, logos, illustrations, etc.) are preferred.
- Able to present design rationale, receive feedback, and (as a plus) able to use English to research design trends and communicate ideas effectively.
