Job Description

Define the strategic direction and develop the roadmap for the MISA Chatbot product.
Identify and implement key features, technologies, tools, and processes that support the Chatbot.
Collaborate with relevant departments: Engineering Manager – Responsible for overseeing software implementation; Product Owner – Responsible for product analysis and design management.
Ensure the product develops in alignment with the defined strategy, on schedule, and meets the required quality standards, ultimately delivering an optimal user experience.
Conduct research on market and customer needs, stay abreast of domestic and international Chatbot product trends, and proactively seek innovative ideas to continuously enhance and elevate the product.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, International Economics, or related fields from universities such as NEU, FTU, RMIT, TMU, etc.
Experience in positions such as Senior BA/PO/PM in software companies, preferably with experience in AI or Chatbot products.
Possess strategic thinking and the ability to develop medium- and long-term plans.
Have strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of connecting product development with market penetration.
Ability to analyze, data-driven, customer-oriented mindset, and result-oriented mindset.
Effective communication skills and the ability to present issues clearly.
Proficiency in English (all four skills).
Passionate about technology and interested in using technology to enhance work efficiency.
Desire to develop products that bring value to society.
