Jetpay – a member company of MISA Group – is looking for talented Business Analysts to join our Fintech product development team.
Depending on your expertise and career aspirations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of Jetpay’s two strategic product lines:
- MISA Lending: Credit management and end-to-end loan lifecycle solutions.
- MISA BankHub: Payment and banking integration solutions (domestic & international).

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Work directly with customers, internal credit officers, and banking/financial institution partners to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Research and analyze existing operations (credit, payment, banking processes) to propose digitalization solutions and process improvements.
Analyze competitor software and propose product enhancement initiatives.
Documentation & Solution Design
Develop comprehensive business and system documentation including BRD, URD, SRS, and BRS, as well as solution design documents.
Perform process mapping and digital modeling across key customer journey

Development & Delivery Support

Brief and train developers to ensure a thorough understanding of business context and customer expectations.
Coordinate solution testing, conduct internal training, support UAT, and gather feedback to continuously refine the product.
Acceptance Testing & Handover
Participate in final acceptance testing and product handover to ensure the software meets customer and end-user requirements accurately and comprehensively.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (overseas graduates preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance companies, Fintech, or a similar role.

Skills

Strong analytical, synthesis, and logical thinking skills with clear and effective communication.
Proficient in documentation, process mapping, and digital modeling using tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.
Able to effectively collect, consolidate, analyze, and present information in a structured manner.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure.
Quick learner with strong adaptability to evolving business requirements and technology.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Domain Knowledge (preferred)

Credit operations: loan products, credit appraisal/underwriting, and credit approval processes.
Banking operations: online payments, accounting/finance systems, or banking integration platforms.
