We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can:

• Lead long-term technology strategy, positioning MISA as a leader in AI and Agentic AI, not only in Vietnam but across the region
• Build large-scale AI and data platforms to create sustainable competitive advantages
• Standardize and modernize system architecture to serve millions of users with high reliability and performance
• Develop a strong technology organization capable of rapid scaling, fast delivery, and continuous learning

I. Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for technology strategy, roadmap development, system architecture, and data infrastructure
• Ensure MISA maintains its position as a technology leader in Vietnam and the region
• Proactively adopt and apply the latest global technology trends to create competitive advantages for business and operational efficiency for customers

II. Core Functions

1. AI Strategy

• Define strategic direction, research, and execution to ensure MISA’s AI solutions remain cutting-edge
• Deliver clear, practical value to customers through AI applications

2. Data Governance

• Build and manage a comprehensive data ecosystem (including data collection, storage, and utilization)
• Leverage data as a foundation for AI development and to support leadership in decision-making and governance

3. System Architecture

• Design and standardize system architecture according to modern standards
• Ensure system components operate cohesively, with strong scalability and high performance

4. Team Development

• Foster a culture of continuous learning
• Standardize development processes, competency frameworks, and training programs
• Enhance the overall technical capability of the organization
