MISA Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1 Program Name: REFERRAL REWARD PROGRAM (hereinafter referred to as the Program).
2 Duration: The program runs from January 8, 2024.
3 Scope of Application: Applicable to all MISA software for public sector customers with tax codes, businesses, business households, and individuals.
4 Reward Method:
  • Reward points will be added to the referrer’s MISA ID account.
  • The referred person will receive a discount when purchasing software.
5 Content and detailed rules of the program:
5.1 Program Rules::
  • Referrer: A customer currently using MISA software (excluding MISA employees and MISA’s agents and business development partners).
  • Referred person: A friend or relative of the referrer who has not used MISA software before.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals and rewards throughout the program duration.
5.2 Reward Value:
  • 10% reward of the referred software value on eligible orders but not exceeding 1,000,000 VND.
  • An eligible order is an order placed through the referrer’s link or code shared with the referred person and successfully paid.
  • The reward value is equally divided between the Referrer and the Referred Person.
5.3 Using Reward Points:
  • Reward points received from the program have no expiration date.
  • Customers can only use reward points to pay for orders when purchasing MISA products and services (but not exceeding 50% of the order value). Customers cannot cash out, convert to vouchers, or transfer to another referrer’s account.
  • The VAT invoice value of orders using reward points for payment is the value paid after deducting reward points and other promotions (if any).
